Terms & Conditions

1. General

By engaging Timber Forge CNC for manufacturing or design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Any changes to the scope of work, material choice, or drawing revisions may result in an updated quotation.

3. Tolerances and Quality

While we machine parts to extremely tight tolerances, timber and sheet goods are natural/composite materials subject to expansion, contraction, and minor thickness variations. We do not accept liability for issues arising from inherent material defects unless we supplied the material and it falls outside of standard grading rules.

4. Customer Supplied Materials

If you supply your own material, it must be flat, clean, and free from metal (screws, nails, staples). Any damage to our tooling or machines caused by contaminated material will be charged to the customer.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit is generally required before work commences, especially for custom materials or large batches. Full payment is due prior to or upon collection/delivery of the finished parts, unless a trade account has been explicitly agreed upon.
