STEP 2

CAD Prep & Toolpaths

We finalize geometries, apply allowances, choose the right cutters, and set feeds and speeds to ensure a clean, accurate finish on every part.

  • Cutter selection
  • Feed & speed optimization
  • Sheet nesting for efficiency
STEP 3

Precision CNC Machining

Your parts are cut, drilled, pocketed, and profiled exactly to spec. Our machines run with tight repeatability from the first part to the last.

Operations:

  • Profile cutting
  • Pocket machining
  • Hole drilling
  • 3D surfacing (on request)
  • Batch runs with jigs

Inspection and Quality Control
STEP 4

Inspection & Labelling

Every batch is checked for dimensions and counts before leaving our workshop. Parts can be labelled for simpler assembly on your end.

QC Includes:

  • Dimension verification
  • Part count check
  • Edge & finish inspection
  • Part labelling (on request)
  • Exploded maps available
STEP 5

Collection or Delivery

Pick up from our Ashbourne workshop, or we’ll arrange UK-wide courier delivery through our logistics partners. Fast, safe, and reliable.

What to Send Us

We work with industry-standard CAD formats, but we also accept PDFs and hand sketches. If you only have an idea that’s fine too, we’ll help you get it drawn up.
